Ladbrokes post wrong Football Odds
One of the UKs leading bookies has reportedly refused to pay out on odds on the Tottenham versus Arsenal match that saw Spurs come out triumphant for the first time in a decade.
Ladbrokes offered 175/1 odds that Spurs would emerge triumphant by two goals to one with a Jermaine Defoe goal being scored. Well we know that he hit the early penalty and that Gareth Bale hit another fantastic right footed shot that had Almunia grasping at thin air.
Apparently these odds were a clerical error and Ladbrokes are only offering punters a payout at the correct odds. These odds are 35/1 rather than the massive 175/1 odds that the shop in Tottenham had been advertising.
