PKR Poker Affiliate Program

PKR as a Poker room is a fantastic product . It was the first Poker room to come out in 3D and was simply the most innovative product available to poker players at that time. The Poker Affiliate product that they have is however less user friendly.

The reporting that is available on the PKR Poker affiliate program is minimal . You are able to pull data on a monthly basis and have to scroll through a massive amount of months to get to the relevant data  if you have been a Poker Affiliate for a lengthy period of time.Once you get to the relevant monthly report there are various tables that are self explanatory but again in my view point not set out in the most user friendly manner. The one improvement that they have added is the ability to now export your data .

The marketing tools area of the site is another let down . I do not think that they regularily update their marketing tools area for some reason. Banners are not refreshed on a constant basis and again we do not think that it is a user friendly system.

The one redeeming factor that the PKR Poker Affiliate program has got going in its favour is that its Poker Affiliate support team is phenomenal. We think that this is the sole reason for the CAP award . It is headed by Margaret Burke and has been outstanding in answering all queries speedily and accurately for us at all times.

PKR now also operates a Playtech Casino and the reporting for the Casino is intergrated into the Poker affiliate program as well . If you compare the depth of reporting that is available on the Playtech Affiliate Poker programs at places like Wager Junction you will see why we think that some attention needs to be given to the reporting side of the PKR Poker Affiliate program.
